JOIN US for a very special members only workshop with @erinjoyceco ! Erin is a personal development mentor for mothers who suffer from anxiety and overwhelm. She guides them to learn to heal and manage their anxiety by becoming their own intuitive guide leading them to create a dream life that is fully aligned. She does this through her technique called The Layered Growth Method that teaches self-care, energetic awareness, boundaries and more. Erin is teaching women how to le...t go of strict masculine structure, heal and weave in the divine feminine so they can have complete control over their to-do list and their time... because they’ll realize it’s about mastering their ENERGY AND FLOW and not time and structure. After a 45 minutes barre3 class, Erin will be doing a short workshop with members to help them identify why they might be in survival mode, anxious and/or overwhelmed and offering an easy approach and new perspective to begin to shift away from these draining mindsets and states of being.
