PSA As stated in a previous post we are going to stay open under the essential business order. We have been asked a few questions during this ever changing time we are all living in. I am going to do my best to answer these questions. 1) Are you open for business? Yes! Our business hours are 8am - 5:30 pm M-F... We are a full service automotive service center. 2) What are you doing to help with social distancing in your waiting area? We are asking all of our customers who usually like to wait on their vehicle repairs to comply to a 1 at a time order to ensure we can properly disinfect the waiting area in between customers. We also disinfect all areas we will be in contact with before and after repair, IE steering wheel, keys, gear shift selector, wiper and turn signal stalks, hood release, inside and outside door handles etc. 3) Do you offer any type of no contact appointments, if so how would you handle such a request. Yes! We would 1st be sure you understand our needs to do our job, such as we would need current registration and insurance documents in order to complete a state safety and emission test. We would agree on very specific instructions on document placement, does your vehicle have a wheel lock? Key placement and pick up and drop off times. Finally we have the technology to process payment through email via quickbooks intuit payments. To all our valued customers, We are going to continue to operate under normal business hours as long as we can do so. We are taking every measure to keep us and you safe by keeping our office clean and disinfected. Also doing our part in keeping your vehicles clean by using gloves and disinfecting your vehicle door handles, inside and out, steering wheels, gear selectors and keys. ... We are doing our part to stay on top of keeping everything clean and safe. If you feel it would be better to stay home we will be offering pick up and delivery services and no additional charges.
