This was a fun little trip down memory lane! I spied several Berks County Aquatic Hall of Famers along the way!

Each spring top aquatic student-athletes are nominated by their coaches to receive the annual Berks County Aquatic Hall of Fame Scholar-Athlete Awards. Thanks to the generous support of many members, families, and friends of the Berks County Aquatics Hall of Fame, we are pleased that our scholarship program has grown to a total of five awards! Please join us in congratulating the 2020 recipients of the Ed Deren Scholar-Athlete Awards (for swimming), the Chris Schorn Heebner... Diving Scholarship (for diving), and the To-Be-Named Water Polo Scholar-Athlete Awards (for water polo): Boys Swimming: Aiden McCurley (Governor Mifflin) Girls Swimming: Cameron Gring (Muhlenberg) Diving: Noah Clipman (Governor Mifflin) Boys Water Polo: Malachi Eberley (Wilson) Girls Water Polo: Carolyn Pitorak (Wilson) Our banquet has been rescheduled until 2021, so please watch to these scholarship checks and plaques to be delivered by the coaches or via USPS. No matter where these athletes are going next, they have already demonstrated that they have the skills to succeed in college and beyond! Congratulations, all!

The Berks County Aquatic Hall of Fame was really looking forward to welcoming our next class of inductees this May, but due to the current widespread public health concerns, we realized it was prudent to postpone our induction ceremony and banquet. The Berkshire Country Club was kind enough to reschedule our event for one year from the original date...Saturday, May 8th, 2021. Unfortunately, the invitations were already mailed before this decision was made. We will send new invitations in March of 2021. The BCAHoF remains committed to our mission of honoring aquatic achievements by Berks County residents and appreciates everyone's patience and flexibility during this uncertain time.
