It's a great week for the water this week, join me at the pool at 11am today. No evening classes this week because of the celebration.

Rumor has it that Tanya Berfield is teaching water aerobics tonight. What?! Yep. It's true. Deep water class at the JS pool at 6pm. Be there.

Well the weather did not cooperate for the water aerobics again, no class tonight, hope for next week
