Bear Creek will be hosting a private cycling event from Sunday, 8/11 through Thursday, 8/15. The event includes lift access and bike demos but this is strictly for their invited guests. The plus for all of you are the trails have never been in better shape!

Help needed prepping the Bear Creek trails for the June 2nd race. I’ll be hosting a volunteer help day on Saturday, 5/25 at 10 am to help get the course ready... for the race. We cut some new stuff that needs some finishing and we need to clean up some areas that were impacted by the rain/Enduro. Really just raking work. With Fin out with a broken collarbone, I could use some help. As payment, anyone that helps will get either 2 comp lift tickets for the 2019/20 season or 2 passes for Sunday’s Cigars and Spirits event or 2 passes for July’s Wine Festival. Your choice. Meet in the lower lot at 10 am Thanks in advance

Spring has finally arrived, the snow is melting and most of the trails are completely accessible and in great shape. As a reminder, use of our trails require a Mountain Activity Pass. Information can be found here. Also as a reminder, as a working resort, Bear Creek has a trail crew that maintains and enhances the trails. All trail work, additions, modifications must be handled through the Bear Creek staff. That is very important and vital to the longevity of the general public access to the trails. Enough said. https://www.bcmountainresort.com///mountain-activity-pass/

Fin fixed some drainage issues at the trailhead of lot 1D. It's a bit soupy right now so please walk around the mud prior to it freezing the next couple days.
