We are thrilled to announce our leadership team is growing at Becker & Frondorf! Mike Zaidel and Joe Malinowski have been named Partners. Mike and Joe have shown vision and leadership over the years, and we are excited to have their continued commitment and guidance at B&F. Mike Zaidel joins John Frondorf in leading our Cost Estimating department. He has worked on such projects as the Statue of Liberty, West Chester University’s new Commons, and Villanova University’s perform...ing arts facility; has a keen interest in the future of independent Cost Estimating; and will continue to assist Architects and Owners in achieving the most for their budgets. Joe Malinowski will lead Project Management alongside Charlie Moleski, Managing Partner. He has fostered long-term relationships with clients working on projects including the Franklin Institute’s Karabots Pavilion, the Hyatt Centric under construction in Center City, and the National Constitution Center’s Sidney Kimmel Theater.
