So yesterday I worked with a teenage boy who was having complaints of calf cramping and spasms after running. No issues with warming up or during the run. Only ...later did this start. Of course the first thing I’m thinking about is something is off physiologically. But then after speaking with him more, there was some deeper layers of emotion that came into play. We decided to do some hypnotherapy and clear a bunch of issues. We also did some somatic scanning and refocusing and changing some of his beliefs about himself. Today I received a text from mom stating that he was able to run and when the normal cramping and spasms would happen, it didn’t today. You just never know what will happen in the office

Another awesome review In August, 2020, I felt like crap, I was overweight, not losing weight despite working out and eating what I thought was a health...y diet... well, it was healthy but not the healthy foods I needed. As a former top athlete for the majority of my life, I found this completely frustrating and disheartening. Then I met Becky! After our initial evaluation, I felt confident that she was going to get me on the right path. Her knowledge is very in depth and if she doesn’t know the answer to something, she doesn’t stop! She is right there with you going above and beyond expectations. She is talented and she cares! We developed initial dietary and exercise plan. I lost some weight and started to feel better. But, still not where I wanted to be. Becky suggested doing a food sensitivity test. I did it and the results blew my mind. I was highly sensitive to many healthy foods I was eating. They were healthy but not for me. Once I took them out of my diet, my inflammation and pains decreased. I got stronger. I felt better. Fast forward to the end of September, I started to menstruated for which lasted two months despite my thyroid levels were better due to the anti-inflammatory and program I was following with Becky. Becky didn’t stop. She encouraged me to get to the root of what was occurring. During that time Becky scanned me multiple times with the AO scanner. The scanner results consistently showing consistently showed issues with my pelvic area and my kidneys. I grew increasingly concerned. With much emotional and physical pain, I went to several doctors and had many tests. Eventually I was diagnosed with Stage 4 endometriosis with two very large cysts on my ovaries. Finally, guess what, Becky was right the entire time. She never gave up on me and consistently supported me. In mid December 2020, I finally found an endometriosis specialist and had surgery. I knew during my recovery period, I would be trying to follow my anti inflammatory diet as much as possible even though not feeling well and taking pain medications with snacks at odd times of the day and night. I am almost four weeks post op now. The first medical professional (besides my surgeon) that I reached out to was Becky. To get out of my post operation funk, joined the anti inflammatory challenge group again, to get me back on track with my appetite and eating plan. We are now working on a detox plan to get the anesthesia and additional meds given to me for surgery out of my systems and get my adrenals back to homeostasis. We are using anti-inflammatory diet, supplements, discs and AO scanner results. I feel confident that living this lifestyle that was presented to me by Becky will get me back on to an even better path to STAY healthy. I think the world of Becky. I would refer her to anyone because she will figure things out and put you on the best path for yourself! Thank you SO much Becky!

Imagine having a device that you could have access to your lab work at any moment. Now imagine that same device can also give you a read out of what your typi...cal MRI and CT scan do at more accuracy. Imagine taking your health into your own hands. Want more? This device not only scans and detects, but also treats. Most devices on the market just scan and then you treat with herbs. Or they scan and then treat aggressively and you end up with a herx. It’s also how I’ve been creating income by working from home as you can scan people remotely. If you are a healthcare provider this device is a must have. If your not and just want to take charge of your own health, it’s a must. And you can own one for the cost of your typical cell phone.

Wonder why I always talk about breathing or start with the breath with my clients? Here are the multiple reasons why the breath is so important not only for li...fe and air exchange but it’s also a way too down regulate or calm down the nervous system from fight or flight. Most of us anymore live in a sympathetic state in which we are in constant fight or flight, we very rarely get into a parasympathetic state. This over time will compromise the vagus nerve. I teach how to stimulate your vagus nerve which will calm down your nervous system. If you want a full dive into the vagus, read my latest blog. If you are chronically ill, your vagus will be affected. When we chew and digest our food we should be in a parasympathetic state, it allows us to digest and assimilate and produce enzymes to break down the food much easier than in a stressful environment. We should be appreciative of our food and gift thanks for our food, which is why many other religions and countries pray before you eat. Breathing is also a way to lose weight. You won’t lose weight if you’re in a sympathetic state. When you exercise you exhale fat for leptin. So move and start breathing. Breathing is also important because if you can’t control your breath you won’t control your core. The diaphragm and the pelvic floor must think and work together to create core stability. If you lack control here, you will have shoulder pain, hip pain, back pain and neck pain. Breathing and using the diaphragm is also a way to circulate our lymph. We want our lymph to be circulating and not stagnant. We do not have a pump to pump the lymph, we are the pump which means we need to move and we need to breathe. The lymph and autonomic nervous system are one. I’m sure there are even more reasons, but for now this is what I have in my mind. If you want to dive into more of this, read any of my blogs or take a home study course on my website to learn more. Happy breathing y’all! It’s FREE stress relief
