EFFECTIVE on 12/7/2020 Due to the rise of Covid cases we want to inform all our clients of new procedures for drop off and pick up. Please remain in your vehicles upon drop off and we will come out to get all dogs from the car. We will be monitoring the parking lot for anyone arriving but please be patient as it may take us a few minutes longer to retrieve your dog and take any necessary payments. Also we are asking that all clients remove all leashes and collars so that we m...ay use our own BCK leashes. When picking up we will also be running dogs out to your car. If you are not being helped please feel free to text the BCK cell number when you arrive and who you are picking up/dropping off and we will help you as soon as possible. ALSO if any client has come into contact with anyone testing positive for covid please make sure to get tested and let us know. If you are waiting for results and would still like to bring your dog, please have someone other than yourself drop them off. If you have tested positive we kindly ask that you keep your dog home until you fully recover and have been retested with a negative result. Thank you for your constant support and cooperation.
