We could fit into this category! I like to refer to Beechview Manor as a contained neighborhood existing in a bigger neighborhood. It really does take a village!

Beechview Manor has been a smoke-free community since 2016. This final HUD ruling will help protect the vulnerable non-smoking elderly who have multiple health issues. If people choose to smoke, it's their right, but keep in mind that those who don't smoke also have rights.

It wasn't our fault, honest! Still reeling from a transformer fire on our property early Sunday morning that took out our secondary line and shut down the neighborhood power! We are on life support via a Duquesne Light Company diesel generator truck that has been providing power for our entire building since Sunday afternoon, but we should be back on the grid tomorrow afternoon...after another planned power outage. Wish us well!

In September of 2017, Beechview Manor celebrated 30 years of providing safe, affordable housing for Senior Citizens of the greater Pittsburgh PA area! We celebrated this milestone at our annual Christmas dinner!

It's cold...outside! Check on your neighbors, especially your elderly neighbors, to make sure they are ok and if you are going to the store, offer to pick up groceries for them!
