Our PA garlic is cured, cleaned and ready for Trexlertown Farmers' Market this Saturday August 15th! We only planted a small amount in PA this year consisting of mostly Turbans (exceptional flavors) and a few Asiatics (great keepers) so we’ll only have a handful of varieties available at market on Saturdays. Due to the virus and necessary safety precautions/requirements all varieties will be prepackaged in 1/2 lb mesh bags and individual bulbs will not be available as in the ...past. Varieties at market include (and see the pictures below for detailed descriptions or check out our website at www.hardneckgarlic.com): Uzbek, Pyongyang, China Stripe, Xian, Korean Mt., Thai Purple, Basque, Tzan & Shandong. Our VT crop is still curing at the new farm and it will be available mid-Sept BUT you will have to order online and schedule pickup in Mertztown (contactless pickup) or have shipped to you.
