Inspired by St. Patrick’s Day we’ve made a ‘green’ treat - Matcha White Chocolate Chip Cookies! And for a GF/V/Paleo version - Matcha Mint Cookies.

Black and White Cookies - the perfect cake-like cookie with both chocolate and vanilla frosting glazes! And the best thing about ours - we don’t use any corn syrup in them!

If you like French onion soup the you’ll love this version wrapped in a flaky pie dough! Our French Onion Galettes are filled with caramelized onions, gruyere cheese, sherry vinegar and thyme.

We absolutely LOVE being a part of the Honesdale community, and being able to help those in it! Spreading kindness and love through our baking is what we aim to do.
