It’s been a long time, I shouldn’t have left you, without a dope recipe to bake Hi cupcake loves! Initially I was gonna keep it short and sweet, but I clearly have some explaining to do. As most of you know, last Spring my business partner and I took a leap and opened @PrettySweeties in New York City. While that was a proud moment, to have been able to do that, having a shop had its ups and downs. Our lease was coming to an end and sadly we weren’t able to extend it. Now... don’t get me wrong, I loved being a part of Pretty Sweeties, it was exactly what I needed at that time and I have no regrets. Neither do I see it as failure and if it was I learnt quite a few things. With that chapter of my life closed, I took some time to reflect on what I need. I even worked as a pastry chef for a while, which I enjoyed. However I have an entrepreneurial spirit with goals and dreams wrapped up in it. So I decided to create my dream business; blogging about my guilty pleasures; desserts, travel and fashion.
