We are proud of our 2013 Synergy Awards from the Home Builders Association of Bucks/Montgomery Counties and Chester/Delaware Counties. We received "Best Commercial Architectural Plan" for Cold Point Village,two upscale retail and business/office buildings in a village -like-setting of luxury townhouses in Plymouth Township, PA. Sal Paone is the builder. The second award was for Best Residential Architectural Plan for The Brittingham model at Coventry Woods, built by National Developers in Springfield, Delaware County. National also received a Synergy award for Home of the Year - 2,500-3,500 sq.ft. Best Single-Family.
