Friends and Family of the Belvedere, Due to the current situation with Covid-19 we have made the difficult decision to suspend curbside and outdoor dining effective December 30th after dinner service through the month of January. Our bottle shop will remain open from 10am to 2am 7 days a week for beer and wine. This was not a decision that was easy to make but we feel it is the right one given the circumstances. As we take time to reflect on the past year a few things come ...to mind. We would like to acknowledge our extraordinary team for their efforts and adaptability to every challenge we have encountered. We would like to thank the community we serve and the support we have received. We also would also like to assure everyone we will return stronger than ever and we will continue to do what we do best, create memories for you and your loved ones. BEHIND THE SCENES... Nate has been been one of our sous chefs and has worked at all of our restaurants. His leadership skills have enabled him to be considered cross functional in all of our properties. According to Nate the most important aspect of our industry now is being adaptable to the ever changing structure. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and taking care of our guests. Say Hello to Lindsay Bretz-Morgan who has been a part of the Belvedere staff for almost four years. She has done just about everything, from serving to managing, hosting, bartending and emceeing cabaret nights. This past year she received the Miss Congeniality award. Outside of The Belvedere Lindsay also works at the Lancaster County Coffee Roasters stand at Central Market and teaches private voice. Her first love is theatre so you can often find her performing in or produc...ing/directing shows in the area. Recently she directed The Rocky Horror Show and The Vagina Monologues both at Zoetropolis. Next up she will be performing in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at Allenberry Playhouse. Introducing our Managing Partner John Costanzo. John has been with us for over eight years and has been a part of the food and beverage industry for close to t...wenty years. John prides himself with ensuring our guests receive friendly and professional service, excellent food quality, proper safety measures and consistency of execution at the Belvedere. John is a level one sommelier and plans to continue his studying. John shares the same love for the city of Lancaster that many of our followers and guests do, and when he is not engaged in tasting wines, reviewing menus, or developing the staff, he dedicates his time to various Lancaster City organizations. Does everyone know Zach? Zach has worked here for the past three years. He has done a little bit of everything here from carryout, hosting, bussing, server, maintenance, and his primary job is our head expediter. Zach is the last set of eyes of many to make sure your food is piping hot and garnished properly. Zach enjoys hiking, camping, road trips, and urban exploration. Say hello if you see him!

Our short ribs are slow roasted for four hours with tomato Madeira herb demi, and served with green beans and three cheese macaroni gratin. A perfect meal for a special occasion or any occasion.

Nothing is more important to us than your health and safety. We have partnered with a local vendor to have dividers placed in between tables as an additional measure.
