Market Update - 11.3.21 Yesterday was another good day for rates! We saw the day begin with moderately lower rates, compared to the past week. The rate movement throughout the day depended on the time of day, due to intraday movement in the bond market. ... In general, a good bond market correlates with lower rates. Once the dust cleared, the peak accounted for an eighth of a percent of improvement. We will see how the market reacts to the Federal Reserve’s tapering, at their scheduled policy meeting/announcement. We are expecting them to announce that they will begin winding down their bond purchase program.
