Good Morning parents! Please let me start by telling you what an amazing job you are doing! If you're anything like me, there are days when you feel like you are totally failing as a parent, as a spouse, and as an employee. Fall has always been a time of transition as our children head back to school, but this year has increased that exponentially! Please remember that we are all struggling to balance everything and we are all dropping balls left and right. Our hearts ...want to be everything to everyone, but there is only so much of us to go around. It is important to take one moment at a time and constantly be asking God, what would You have me do now? It's also important to take some time to recharge your own batteries. I'm super excited to announce that we are very close to opening our COVID care for children. We will be providing a safe, supervised place at our Macungie campus for children to come during their online school days. If you are in need of this opportunity for your children, please email me or post below what days your child(ren) would be attending. [email protected]

Sunday School will reopen on Sunday, October 4th for the 10:30 service!!! 8:00 am service will begin again, there will be no children's Sunday School during the 9:00am hour. The 10:00 service will move to 10:30 and we will have KidsChurch again. Children will begin in the worship service and be dismissed to KidsChurch after the children's message. Nursery will be open for children birth through age 3. 3 years - 5th grade will be in the large group room. Masks are required, temperatures will be taken and we will socially distance throughout class time. We will also use the playground/outside as much as the weather permits. We can't wait to see your children!!!

Don't forget to register your children for AWANA. We'll be starting October 7th and will run every other week. If your child is moving into a new club (Cubbies 3-4 years old, Sparks K-2nd Grade, TNT 3rd-5th Grade), then the registration will be $50.00 per child to cover the cost of their uniform, bag and book. IF you would like to pre-register your child for Awana, the online link is below. We will be offering two payment options this year. If your child is moving to a new club (Cubbies, Sparks or TNT) and will need a uniform and bag as well as their book, you may use the online registration and pay the $50.00 registration fee. If your child is not changing clubs and only needs the new book, we will charge you only the cost of the book. We are doing this because AWANA will only be meeting every other week until at least January.

AWANA IS COMING!!!! October 7th AWANA clubs are planned to begin at Bethany Church. 6:15-7:45 pm. We will not be having a family meal at this time. We will continue EVERY OTHER WEDNESDAY on opposite weeks as youth to reduce the number of people in the building at one time. CDC guidelines will be followed throughout club time.

SUNDAY SCHOOL REOPENING We are currently planning on reopening Children's Sunday School on October 4th during the 10:30 am worship service. Nursery for birth through age 3 will be held in the Nursery. Preschool through 5th grade will be held in the large group room. CDC guidelines will be followed and all children and volunteers will be required to wear masks. Rooms will be sanitized between uses and sharing of materials will be minimized.... We're SOOOOO excited to get together again!

Good Morning all! Here is a list of prayer prompts for your family to use when going on prayer walks in your neighborhood. Pastor Dave has challenged us to take walks around where we live and pray for our neighbors as we do. To help the children participate in this, here are some simple prayer prompts.
