When did you last get your eyes checked?

Too much screen time? Practice the 20-20-20 rule where you look up from your screen every 20 minutes and focus on something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.

DO get an eye exam, a prescription, follow the contact lens care instructions, seek medical attention and remove lenses if eyes become red, have ongoing pain, or discharge.... DON'T share your lenses with anyone else or buy contact lenses without a prescription. Without a prescription, the lenses may not fit properly and could damage your eyes.
