Pesach is the holiday when we celebrate our freedom from slavery by HaShema. We celebrate with food that symbolizes how we left Egypt in a hurry. We could not make leavened bread because we did not have enough time so we eat matzah. Pesach is a holiday filled with joy, song , and hope of being in Jerusalem to celebrate Pesach next year.
