This candidate will recruit, HHA, CNA, LPN and RN candidates for Philadelphia, Montgomery and Bucks county. Successful candidates must have solid health care recruiting experience along with social media (Facebook, Instagram, blog sites and various online organizations). The candidate will also gather all required documentation and schedule candidate(s) for interviews, training, etc. As an HR recruiter, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides recruitment for our long term and skilled departments and the office to provide our clients with medical staff to allow them to remain in their home.
