Bright Horizons at Lehigh

Part of developing and enhancing our writing skills is to be able draw curves and lines which will help us form letters. This morning our Preschoolers chose paper with curves, lines or both on it to trace or draw freehand. As they drew we discussed whether they were drawing a line or a curve!

Today the infants explored textures and colors as they stuck ribbons, yarn, and natural objects to clear contact paper, sticky side out. While engaged in this activity children explored a variety of textures and through the process of investigating their properties, demonstrated flexible thinking and an ability to direct their learning!
