Hi gang its your old pal The Ring King. it may be cold and icy out but im still dreaming up more golden and delicious goodies for you This year we are going to add the l Lehighton bike night to our line up the Weatherley hill climb and other raceing events in NEPA. Look for us at the hometown art shows the blues on the mountain fest and anywhere else we can pitch our tent If you have a favorite event you would like to see us at let me know and we will do our best to get there

Hey gang it,s your old pal the ring king. I'm trying to decide If I should come out with a hotdog stuffer pickle beer battered and fried or a dog wrapped in cheese covered in jalipinos beer battered and fried and cutting down on our drink list and just have a signature drink a sugar free drink and water. We will be having a food tasting in May some time so I,ll keep you posted for when that's going to happen. And remember our onion rings ARE GGGGGGRRRRRREEEEEEAAAAAATTTT.because of my secret toasted in frosting OH and were adding corn on the cob for sure this year

The summer is coming to an end .The Ring King will take his show on the road one last time this season. It,s going to be 9/30 at the Landsford craft and car show.Next year we are going to hit the ground running with 2 fryers and a griddle so we can serve breakfast sandwiches to the morning crowd and a perculater for coffee.maybe we will add sausage n peppers or Itialion hot dogs.I want to thank each and every one of you for making the ring king a reality
