To our valued customers and Broad Street Pizza family: In response to the recent COVID-19 outbreak, we wanted to take some time to inform you of what we have and will be doing to ensure the safety of both our patrons and employees. As of Sunday March 15th, we will only be accepting pick up and delivery orders. There will be no dine in service until further notice. To that end, we strongly recommend that you take advantage of our no contact delivery as well. A no contact d...elivery will require the customer to order online at www.thebigsliceonbroad.com, pay via credit card or debit card, and select no contact delivery at the time they place their order. The driver will then leave the customer’s food on their doorstep and either ring their doorbell/knock on their door or call them to let them know it’s arrived, whatever the customer prefers. (Simply note your preferences online when placing your order). If you are unable to take advantage of a no contact delivery, we will still be able to accommodate a cash payment transaction at delivery. Our drivers have and will be washing and sanitizing their hands with regularity, just as the rest of our employees have and will be doing inside the store. Our doorknobs, counter tops, cash registers, credit card terminals, phones, and any other surface areas as well as all kitchen and food preparation equipment have and will continue to be cleaned and sanitized as well with regularity. We have asked all staff to stay home if they are feeling unwell and we are asking our customers to do the same. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we feel strongly about keeping both our valued customers and employees safe during this time.
