Now that our online booking is back up and running, we ask that you please download the Vagaro App or go to vagaro.com/birchbeautybarpgh for all future bookings or if you need to change any currently booked appointments. By using this tool, you are able to easily navigate our available appointments rather then waiting for a return phone call or text back from us. And you all know sometimes we forget (not on purpose) to return call's and text due to our busy work schedules an...d busy home lives. By using the booking site, this will help us tremendously! With the upcoming new year we need all of our clients to create their profile on Vagaro and update all client information such as, credit card on file (which is required when booking), phone number, email and address. With the busy season coming up so quickly, we would like to remind you all of a few things... -Please remember to schedule your appointments in advance. We are currently booked out for 4 weeks as of today. -Online booking is now open so we encourage everyone to use this to book appointments. WWW.VAGARO.COM/BIRCHBEAUTYBARPGH ... Please pay close attention and make sure you are booking the correct services needed. (Example: if you book for color, then it will mark of time for color, not time for a haircut also.) If you are uncertain, please give us a call. -Please be on time for your appointment. We WILL be rescheduling anyone that is more then 10 minutes late. You will be considered a late cancelation and incure a late fee. We have to inforce this policy to keep ourselves on schedule. -We are still asking that you give us a call when you arrive and remain in your car until we are properly sanitized. This also helps with clients crossing as they come in and out of the salon. -We ask that you please remember to bring cash if you plan on giving your service provider a tip. We can no longer accept tips on cards. -If you are experiencing ANY cold symptoms at all, please reschedule your appointment. -We are still complying with the State Board Of Cosmetology regulations, we still require masks to be worn while in the salon. Sanitizer is located in the hall as you come in, and throughout the salon. We will be taking everyones temperature from this point forward. Happy Halloween 2020

We are very excited to announce that we have been given the go ahead to offer facial services again starting November 1st!!!! With much consideration, Keli has decided to take a step back from facials to focus on lashing. Our amazing Esthetician Jessica will be taking care of everyones skincare needs and we promise you are in good hands! Jessica will be available Tuesday’s and Thursday’s 9am to 4pm, and every other Saturday!... Our online booking will be available starting November 1st for easier scheduling!
