With his final training session before the upcoming wrestling season, D. Wise did not disappoint. Here is a video of a box jump at 48.5 inches. He stands at 65 inches. He followed up this amazing jump with a Farmer Carry of 330 lbs (165 lbs per hand.) That's just shy of 3 times his body weight of 114 lbs! Congratulations on yet another successful offseason of training.
