Unfortunately due to Phil's illness, Blasius has had to close our doors for good. We are deeply sorry to disappoint so many of our long time customers. We realize what our candy has meant to so many people over the years and has become a tradition passed down for generations. We are all deeply saddened and Wish You All A Happy Easter

Dear fans of Blasius, sadly we will not be open for business for the upcoming holiday season. We are dealing with a few setbacks but we will be working hard to open again early next year. We want to thank all of our loyal customers for their continued support and we hope to be open again in time for Valentibe's Day and Easter.

Today, my father in law, Charles "Hank" Lafferty, turns 90 years old. Hank grew up in Kensington near K and A. He graduated from Ascension in 1939 and from Nor...th Catholic in 1943. Immediately after graduating from North, he entered the Army and fought his way through France, Belgium and Germany. He was amongst the soldiers who liberated the Dachau Concentration Camp. After the war, Hank completed his education at St Joseph's University. He then became a teacher at Father Judge High School and then Holy Cross High School in Delran (where he eventually became the Athletic Director). Happy 90th Birthday, Hank!!! See more
