See anything off with this photo? ....This is how I showed up to the Soldierfit gym the other day.... but I showed up... Sometimes its not about how we get somewhere, but that we arrive.... It feels like a lifetime happened this month... wondering how you are all doing, feel free to reach out to connect anytime. As life continues to unfold, we are all ebbing, flowing, and sometimes getting stuck. Like this above reading, sometimes allowing everything to fall apart & loving anyway is where we thrive. I encourage you to allow your own transformation to evolve & love anyway. <3 Some of you are aware I started grad school this week... this will affect my scheduling, and it will be important to communicate any changes to your appointments. I am implementing a 24 hour cancellation policy, effective immediately, if you miss or cancel in less than 24 hours, you will be charged the cost of half your session at your next appointment. This will allow for both of our time to be honored, and for the clients on my wait list an opportunity to get in. I appreciate you all, & thank you for your help in this.
