In the Philadelphia housing market it is still a sellers market. So much so that buyers are waving the initial home inspection in order to be competitive when they submit an offer. Would you wave the home inspection to get your offer accepted in a multiple offer situation for your dream home?
Congratulations to my client. Today she is a new homeowner. It was a long road but you did it. I’m so proud of you. You go girl!!! Finished her degree yesterday and today a homeowner. It was a pleasure serving you. #AWomanWithGoals
Thank you for your recommendation.
I love what I do. I’m a Realtor! I help people achieve their goals, invest in theirselves and their family, start new beginnings all through homeownership. I impact my clients lives in a major way and I take that very serious. Occasionally, I get double blessed with the opportunity to have my client be people that are family and friends like my sister/friend Kady Green. It was my pleasure to be of service to you. Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Little newly married and now a day later new homeowners.

This current listing price growth is the highest in three years. The biggest surprise is that home prices are growing at a faster pace than we have seen in years, notes realt...or.com’s chief economist Danielle Hale. Despite the economic environment, the historically low mortgage rates have brought buyers into the market in a frenzy, READ MORE https://www.forbes.com//heres-the-latest-housing-market-/

We’ve seen firsthand that low-cost Internet access is an important part of improving digital equity and creating positive opportunities for low-income students and families, said Dana Strong, President of Xfinity Consumer Services. Through this new partnership program, we are accelerating the efforts of cities, schools, philanthropies, nonprofits, and private citizens to collaborate and open the doors of Internet access for more families in need. The initiative builds on Comcast’s recent announcement that it will continue to offer, through the end of 2020, all new Internet Essentials customers two months of free Internet service and it will forgive back debt due so more families can apply. The neighborhood, one of the city’s poorest, is the latest battlefield, Moran said, in a contest over what Philadelphia will become. The area is pockmarked with abandoned properties, with more than 300 held by the city land bank within half a mile of American and Berks Streets. Community residents see an opportunity for low-income housing, community centers, or preservation of the homegrown gardens that are a hallmark of the area. The district’s City Council representative, Maria Quiñones-Sánchez, wants affordable housing, too, but says that without new construction and development policies, trends already raising the area’s cost of living will become unstoppable. It's a sellers market. What does that mean? How does that affect a buyer? When it's a sellers market the supply which is (homes for sale) is low and the demand which is (buyers looking to purchase) is high. For the buyer this means major competition when making an offer on the home of their dreams. Buyers must make offers quick and negotiate asking price competitively with attractive first deposits and terms. ... I'm ready to help you prepare for the race, get in the race and win in this competitive market. Text me at 267-844-4021 to get started.
