BLUE MOUNTAIN HOME HEALTH CARE, INC.

Client is bed bound, she will need bed bath, meal prep, light house keeping , bed pan care. Mainly afternoon to evening shifts.. flexible.

Client will need help with house cleaning, bathing assistance, and ADl's. 5 hrs a day 7 days a week ( or atleast every other weekend.) could be split into 2 shifts if need be. flex schedule.

Case is a pediatric case Mon-Fri 9a-5p. mon and wed you would ride the bus and attend school with the child from 1130-230 and then return to the home and finish the shift.

Client is located in Tamaqua. She needs up to 9 hours a day care. Meal prep, light house keeping, assistance with bathing etc. every other weekend is required for this position.
