It's official - 1st of October and we just wrote our first Christmas order ~

Good day everyone ~ Over the last couple weeks, we have gotten a lot of calls and orders for custom decorated masks and gaitors. After like 100 distributors sending us info, we had to determine which items are a good item to suggest and that we can decorate properly to represent our customers.... That said, we narrowed it down to two (2) items: 1: A three (3) ply mask that comes in eighteen (18) colors in adult & youth sizes. We suggest a one (1) color print or a digital heat press application. You get one (1) shot to decorate these at the press so we suggest to try to keep it simple. 12pcs. minimum on the black (stock) and 24pcs. on all other colors. Anything other than a one (1) color print, we use a digital heat press application. 2: A 100% white polyester gaitor with your "full color" digital artwork. One size fits most. 12pcs. minimum. Note: These bags and gaitors are not medical grade. The white "net bag" is known as a "nylon bag" used for washing ladies nylons. Using a bag like this keeps your mask straps from getting tangled and stretched or torn. They cost like a buck- Their are also a lot of "custom" made masks that have higher minimums and are 3-4 week production time. ok - so before we sneak out of here for this awesome weekend. I have wanted to show this for a while. Tall shirts for the those that need them. The red t-shirt is an xl, the blue t-shirt is a "tall" xl.... The "tube" or body is the same, it is physically 3" longer on the bottom. This does help. I wear an xl. Just a reminder - artwork info: When you contact us or any production shop for a quote, we ask for the shirt or product color and ask to see the art. Why ? It's not super secret -... Not all inks print or cover the same. By knowing the shirt or product, the shirt or item color and the ink colors you would like to use - that lets us know what we are quoting on, along with the ink colors involved, if it needs a white base print and production requirements. If you don't have this info, we can only quote on what we are given. If not, other charges may apply - If their is a shop you are considering to work with, it's simple... send them your info, then schedule an appointment to stop by to meet them and there smiling faces, ask to see there equipment and fire up their software ~ We offer complete art & embroidery digitizing services. All screen print, embroidery & heat press applications are done on site. All the little promotional goodies like pens, mugs & magnets are contracted thru their respective manufactures. ok ~ so we have to show this one we were asked to create an embroidered jacket back for this customers boss for a Christmas present who's new passion is making beer. this design is 45,000 stitches, 2-1/2 half hours on the embroidery machine with gold thread.... att is the original sticker that we were given as art and a series of pictures as the job ran out. we tried real hard to create this with a dimensional quality to collect and reflect light. another fine jacket back ~
