Here are some before and after shots of a job we just competed. We installed a new railing and updated the base trim. Dan Caffo sanded and refinished the existing prefinished hardwood. Getting ready to frame the floor tomorrow. From now on, we’ll be offering a squeak free guarantee! While I’m sure that our previous jobs with 2 3/8 ring shanks and subfloor adhesive are doing just fine, I’m excited to give this a try.
