Some good information regarding Coronavirus and dental restorations that may come with an elevated risk.

The lab is growing by one in the next week!! Our CAD/CAM technician, Caitlyn, is having a boy!! Congrats!

Over the last 6 months, we've made a lot of changes. During that time, we have pushed for efficiency and quality in ways that most labs can't even fathom. The results are finally coming into view and they are impressive. Please pardon this moment of bragging and self promotion: On-time performance: We measure our on-time performance based on manufacturing steps and most importantly, when a case is completed compared to when it is due. Currently, we are running between 97...% and 99% on-time in any given month in our production process, and we are at 99% on-time for cases being returned to our clients. Client Feedback: We track our client's feedback based on very specific hot button issues for most dentists. The most important is adjustment time. In the last 45 days, our average adjustment time per case is less than 5 minutes. The best part is....we are still very early into this process and there is even more room for improvement.
