Traffic Alert - PECO Harmony Project PECO will be upgrading and installing new equipment to enhance the local electric distribution system on the Gay Street side that backs into the 50 block of W. Prescott Alley. The 50 block of W. Prescott Alley will be closed for approximately two (2) weeks starting January 18, 2021 from 7:00AM until 4:00PM, Monday through Friday for the PECO Harmony project. ... While the alley will be closed, the contractor will attempt to accommodate vehicles exiting from personal parking areas. #WCBoro
