Last night we had a virtual cooking class with Kathy Wolper, from Kitchen Wizards. Participants made Pumpkin Scones and Gingerbread Pancakes, both recipes from the Hannah Swensen book series by Joanne Fluke. Participant Barbara W. sent the photo below and said the scones were delicious! Hopefully we can host Kathy again, so keep your eyes open for any classes! Visit her website for other upcoming virtual classes she has scheduled: https://kitchenwizards.info/ ~Sairra
