Bradenville Volunteer Fire Department

What an exciting day it has been, we just got off the phone with the big man himself! December 18th and 19th Santa Claus will be making his way through the township. He wants all the little boys and girls to know, as much as he wants to see everyone their isn’t enough time to do so. He’s asking him you live in more secluded areas and wish too see Santa to come to the more main roads. He has to get back to the North Pole both night to help the finishing touches for Christmas.... We will be publishing a more detailed list on where Santa will be going those two days. WE CANT WAIT TO SEE EVERYONE!!

Crews from our department responded to a residential house fire in Derry Borough today assisting Station 41. Crews were assigned to interior operations and roof operations along with Engine 71 securing a hydrant water supply to Engine 41. Station 64 (White Valley) came into our station to provide coverage for the township citizens while crews were at the call. Special note: ... Pit Stop Pizza owner Rob aided at the scene by donating a large number of pizzas to feed crews. As always Rob comes through and supports crews without hesitation. We like to thank him for his continued help and also encourage the community to support his family owned business that is a asset to our community. Thank you to all the Derry Area community members that showed up with cases of water for crews.

RAFFLE UPDATE We would like to notify everyone that for a short period we will be suspending the raffles. Do to someone continuously reporting our post, we don’t feel it’s fair to our supportive community to continue. This will only be a temporary move until we are able to figure out a solution. We want to thank everyone for the amount of support you have given us since we started this crazy ride back in March. You have helped us raise the money needed to help with ...equipment, bills and measures needed to keep us safe. Please keep your eyes out within the following week or two for a solution to our problem. Once again we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you to the guys from Auto Salon for doing an amazing job on our truck. It was severely scratched up at brush fire two weekend ago. The guys spent over 14 hours combined correcting paint issues and scratches! We will always support our local businesses as much as we can.
