Recharge your body!! Negative energy weakens the body. Spread positivity! It’s a bit chilly today but it is a beautiful day! Go outside and recharge your body! ... Take a break from all the negativity going on today. Disconnect from all social media, the news, work, your phone and reconnect with your body. Even if it’s just for a few minutes. Sit in the sun. Do some deep breathing and get that much needed oxygen. Breathe out all the stress, anxiety and negative energy building up inside. Take a walk or a bike ride. Walk around barefoot and pull those electrons from the earth. Do what I preach the most, DRINK YOUR WATER!!!! Give your body the fuel it needs to function properly. Your body is amazing! Take care of it!
