The field of contenders for best doppelbock is packed with bangers. We’ve always had a soft spot in our hearts for the most classic of all: Ayinger Celebrator. This year, we decided to go full homage. - Monongalator is everything we love about Celebrator, as seen through our lens. A rich malt character with subtle roasted notes gives way to a light toffee sweetness. Starting tomorrow at 2pm, more beer will be available in 12oz slim cans through Oznr (browser and app). Pickups start this Thursday, November 12th and continue on Friday (3pm to 7pm) and Saturday (12pm to 5pm) in the large gray warehouse located behind our taproom building. DoubleMex 2020 is our amped-up, barrel-aged version of Mexican Coffee. This year’s version of DoubleMex was made with cinnamon, vanilla, and Deeper Roots coffee and aged for a year in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels. - The DoubleMex 2020 release will take place within the Oznr app, a sleek new online ordering platform for craft breweries. The lottery may only be entered via the Oznr app. Winners will be selected at random and will be able to purchase two bottles of DoubleMex. T...he lottery is now live and will end on Saturday, November 7th at 11:55pm. Pickups will take place from Thursday, November 12th through Saturday, November 14th. Beer will not be held for pickup outside of these dates. HOW IT WORKS: 1. DOWNLOAD OZNR APP - Create an account - Click the subscribe button to allow notifications 2. ENTER LOTTERY - Select Pittsburgh from the cities menu - Select Brew Gentlemen - Select DoubleMex 2020 - Click Agree to Terms to enter lottery 3. ENTER PAYMENT INFO - Enter credit card info (sorry, no cash) - Your card will not be charged unless you are selected as a winner OTHER DETAILS: LOTTERY SELECTION - Winners will be announced within the app on Monday and payments will be processed. - If you win, you will receive a notification within the Oznr app and a receipt will be emailed to you. An email with pickup instructions will also follow once winners are selected. - If you don’t win, you will not receive a notification. The overwhelming response to launching General Braddock’s in cans has been the request that our other brands be available in the same packaging. Your continued feedback moved this to being our top priority. And, last week’s survey further confirmed the move, as the request for other brands in cans was one of the most repeated comments. - Beginning the week of November 9th, our beers will start to release in 12oz slim cans. - Until then, you can order 4-packs and cases of General Braddock’s and crowlers at shop.brewgentlemen.com. We will be closed next week (11/1 - 11/9) before making the big switch, so make sure to stock up!

Since March, our beer has been available in crowlers via advance online order for curbside pickup. Beginning the week of November 9th, our beers will start to release in 12oz slim cans. Our ordering and pickup system will also be changing. - Orders will be handled via Oznr, a sleek new online ordering system for breweries. We’re the first brewery in Pennsylvania to be utilizing this app and platform, which is an exciting development. Pickups will take place in our new brewhouse facility, giving us the opportunity to see you in person again (safely, of course) and finally show you the brewery we spent the past two years building. - Until then, you can order beer this week (still in crowlers) through the current online store.
