Bridge Street Chocolates will be closing today at 4 pm. We will open again on January 2nd 11 am - 7 pm. Sunday 12-5pm. We will be closed Monday, January 4 - January 13th. Yet,we’ll open for the weekend January 9th and 10th. We will take web, phone and email orders during this time. We will contact you directly to schedule a pickup, delivery or confirm shipping. ... We are pleased to announce that Jessica Favinger has joined the Bridge Street Chocolates team. Jessica received her Baking and Pastry Arts degree from prestigious Johnson & Wales University. She completed an 8-week internship in Yssingeaux, France studying production of authentic French pastries. Most recently, Jessica worked as the Assistant Pastry Chef at the Philadelphia Country Club. In 2019, she was awarded a Silver Medal for an ACF (American Culinary Federation) Indivi...dual Professionals Competition. We couldn’t be happier to welcome Jessica as our Pastry Chef and Production Manager. Jessica will provide production oversight and collaboration with product development.
