What a beautiful day in Eastern, PA today! The sun is shining. The snow is melting (thank goodness, because there is no where else to put it if we get anymore!!) I trekked out in the middle of our most recent snow to take some indoor photos of a property I am listing next week, and I had to share with you the sweet face of one of their familiy members (with his mama's permission of course). Seriously, I'm not sure I have ever seen a cuter dog! He was the sweetest little ...thing to have join me during my photo shoot! I've been a little sad lately, as our dog (almost 12) is showing some signs of advancement with her heart failure. She was diagnosed last fall. I would love if any of my followers have pets to share them with me in the comments! I can't wait to see your fur babies <3

This is definitely true in the Lehigh Valley! Interest rates at an all time low, and low housing supply is causing many homes to have lots of showings immediately upon listing, multiple offers, and homes going over asking price!! One of my favorite parts about being a realtor is preparing to meet with clients for a listing appointment! One of my favorite nonprofits has a wonderful business offering a financial match this week! This is one of the places I offer my clients an option to support with the sale of their home The Kindness Project is an amazing resource here in Eastern PA that provides resources for foster families. My real estate clients may or may not know that my family so s a foster family. Wheb our foster daughter was placed with us they were one of the first places I contacted.... no clo...thes or shoes I had were the right size, and they immediately took care of me in whatever way they could. Since her placement with us they have given us a bed frame, a winter coat, shoes, and much more! They constantly are connecting donors with foster families in need, and if they don't have it are quick to try and find ways to get it for you. What a blessing they are in making the transition into being a foster family so much easier! They are so many things to think about when saying "yes" to foster care. 2020 quarantines and social distancing have led many of us to want to change our own homes in order to like the space we were stuck in a little bit better! My hubby and I redid our stairs/entryway, did a mini makeover on our half bath, and are getting ready to finally take the plunge on a kitchen remodel that we've been hesitant to start, but decided now is the time! I also seem to be having a hard time putting down my paintbrush.... Not sure what that's about however our... trim in the house sure is starting to look really nice I'm curious what DIY projects did you take on this year? Anything still left on your To-Do list? Delivered lunch to our local firemen this morning with my kids! The kids were so excited, and when Subway found out that we were taking food to our local fire station they gave us some cookies to take along too! Thanks Cetronia Volunteer Fire Department for all you do for our community! The kids were so excited that you all were generous enough to even give them a quick tour! My husband and I did a little mini makeover on our half bath recently! I spend so much time making other people's houses look pretty It's hard to find time to work on my own! I wouldn't change it for the world though! I love helping clients get their houses ready to sell and look their very best! What about you? Excited to partner with Parkland CARES Food Pantry with a donation from one of my recent transactions! This food pantry helps kids in my kids' school district who need access to food. I know that the pantry has been such a blessing to so many during the pandemic. Grateful for the opportunity to partner with such an incredible local resource <3
