Our Chester Springs childcare center is looking for someone who can work 7:30am-10am Mon-Fri in our remote learning support classroom of 10-15 elementary aged children. Duties include supervising children prior to the beginning of the school day, assisting students in logging on for zooms and completing morning online assisgnments. Must have a recent (within 12 months) health exam and 4 background clearances OR be willing to complete them within 1 week of hire. We can assi...st you with registering for these requirements. Must have 2 years experience with early childcare employment and Diploma/GED OR 30 college credits. Great opportunity for an education major! EOE

Today our Elephants and Giraffes celebrated the 100th Day of School! Everyone brought 100 of an item of their choice and we had an ice cream party! Thank you Miss Gail for making this such a special day!

This year, instead of our traditional Toys for Tots toy collection, we have decided to help our buddy and neighbor, Connor Dobbyn. As many of you may know, Connor lives right here in Chester Springs. Connor is 11 years old has pediatric Alzheimer's syndrome. This rare condition is called SanFilippo disease. The disease will slowly create degenerative effects causing Connor to lose his motor and cognitive skills. Ultimately SanFilippo disease will take Connor's life in the ne...xt several years. There is an experimental drug trial available but, at the outrageous cost of $3 million dollars, his family will need every dollar they can raise. Connor's family has sponsored multiple local events, organizations like Bright Light has hosted fundraisers, and Connor has even been featured several times in the Philly Inquirer. So how can you help? First off, Connor's parents are asking EACH of us to share the attached video with ANYONE you know in hopes of gaining nationwide attention. And of course, you can donate to this fundraiser.
