Infection control has always been a top priority for our Pratice and you may have seen this during your visits to our office. We are following directives from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) including posters to stop the spread, how to wash hands at door and in bathrooms. We want to tell you about the infection control procedures we are adding to protect you more. We have added a UV light into our duct system to clean and sanitize our air. It will kill ...mold, bacteria, viruses and other toxic voc that are air borne. Hepa Filter to also help clean the air. Will be running an air purifier. Disinfecting common surfaces inside like door handles, light switches, counter tops, cleaning bathrooms after each visit, propping doors open instead of having to use handles to open. Patients will get a form the day before to fill out the screening questions will wait in your car and text us when here and we will text you when to come in. Please wear your mask in and We and we will take your temperature, will give you hand sanitizer and go over the screening questions again. The waiting and toy room will be closed you will be taken right back. We ask you to come alone, if a child has an appointment please only 1 parent. Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing, that might mean that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling appointments. The front desk will be closed to make your next appointments, we will text or call you to schedule the next one. If payment will be made with credit card we will text you the secure link we use to pay with amount owed. If using a check please have check made out ahead. The back staff will be wearing N95 masks with a regular mask over top of it, gloves, either disposable gowns or water resistant scrub jackets, face shield or goggles for eye wear. All the extra gear make us very hot so the temperature will be down so please dress accordingly.
