Brinkash & Associates, Inc. is proud to welcome back Anthony Rossi to our team. Anthony interned with Brinkash in 2012 while attending Penn State University. He is a 2009 graduate of Mount Carmel Area High School. He is also a 2013 Graduate of Penn State University where is earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
