Brian was very on top of getting us through the process and incredibly helpful with any questions. During a time when rates are historically low and process took longer than expected, he still answered every email and kept me in the loop on the timeframe, Process was smooth, we were able to refinance to a much better rate, he got rid of our PMI altogether and had no closing costs up front! very enjoyable experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking to refinance!
