Please note there will be tight restrictions on showings:... Agent and buyers must wear a mask, shoe covers and gloves when touring homes. I am working on getting booties and gloves to provide to my clients. Only two people are allowed on the premises at a time (one of which is the agent!) - if a couple wants to view a home together then I will need to get permission from the seller if you can enter the home without me and I will have to wait outside. Every showing requires an appointment and you can not go over your allotted time. People will also need to wear a mask, gloves and shoe covers (yes, shoe covers) at closings. Only two people will be allowed in the room at closing and will take turns signing. I will personally not be allowed in the room with you.
