The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is a family owned business In Lehigh Valley PA, based in Bethlehem. We’re looking for hardworking individuals with great attitude and work ethics to join our growing, exciting and dynamic team. Experience is preferred but not necessary. However, driven, self motivated excited, organized, and customer service oriented individuals who have the ability to lead and delegate on the job site will be highly considered. Candidates must have at leas...t 1-3 years of exterior trades experience such as roofing, siding, soffit, fascia and gutters. They must be comfortable carrying and walking up the ladder/roofs with heights of 10’ to 40’. We have an awesome culture of friendship, fun and teamwork. Employees who show commitment, consistency, ability to lead, hard work, great work ethics, are often given opportunities to grow in the company. Compensation is as follows: 1. Pay is between $15-$22 depending on experience 2. Paid holidays 3. Bonus structure (Pay For Performance) 4. Paid vacation (This applies to Lead installers) 5. Paid Commission on jobs upsold. 6. Dental/vision plan 7. Overtime hours 8. Collect unemployment on slow season 9. Other perks If you’re looking for an awesome place to work, we’re it. Only candidates with demonstrated gutter installation experience (including specialty material such as copper gutters) will be considered for the top pay.
