Chipotle Outparcel at Westmoreland Mall, Greensburg PA 15601 Brandon Rumbaugh Solutions, LLC (BRS) is the engineer of record for the Chipotle outparcel development near the JCPenney wing of Westmoreland Mall in Greensburg, PA. The subdivided parcel is known as CBL Westmoreland Mall Parcel C-1 and is 0.946 acres. The landowner and developer for the project is CBL/Westmoreland LP. BRS performed boundary, topographic, utility, as-built, and record surveys as well as prepare...d pad certifications. Design services included parcel subdivision, sewage planning, stormwater management, erosion and sedimentation control, site infrastructure and utility design. BRS coordinated the planning process through municipal coordination and consultation. Lastly, BRS provided services during construction that included construction stakeout, inspection, shop drawing and pay request reviews, and construction coordination. See more

NOW HIRING 2 LAND SURVEY CREW MEMBERS! WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Survey work performed for this position will be under the direction of a Survey Crew Chief. The Survey Crews are the eyes on the ground and fully responsible for following all directions and collecting all data and information requested for that particular project.... Crew Members should have complete knowledge or quickly learn the use of Trimble GPS and robotic total stations instruments for data collection and construction layout. Crew Members should be able to perform quick basic mathematical surveying calculations. Crew Members will be expected to read and follow directions for detailed and specific survey scopes. Crew Members should have a working knowledge of ALTA surveys, topographic surveys and construction staking projects in the field, Crew Members will communicate daily with the Survey Crew Chief and Survey Scheduling Coordinator Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and follow directions Possess strong communication and time management skills Field to finish skills will provide the right individual with the advancement to a Survey Crew Chief QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONALITY Minimum of 3 years’ experience Able to work in PA and WV High School Diploma; Associate Degree or higher preferred Strong Math Skills Self-motivated, enthusiastic, team-player Ability and willingness to help and teach others Exhibit persistence and follow-through on commitments and deadlines Willingness to work overtime hours when necessary Respond well to frequently changing demands or priorities Ability to find and overcome challenges and obstacles Capable of working independently as well as with others Able to work with minimal direction from others Able to recognize priorities and act on them effectively Display the desire to improve processes in job, group, and overall company Integrity Demonstrate professionalism and trustworthiness Qualified Candidates can email [email protected]

Very honored to be a part of the CAWV Toys For Tots event. Over 50 CAWV members and guests teed off at Little Creek Country Club on Friday, October 23, for the CAWV Young Contractors Forum (YCF) Toys for Tots Golf Outing. The YCF has sponsored this event every year since 2013 and it continues to grow. The weather was perfect for the fall outing and everyone had a great time. The golf outing resulted in over 100 donated toys for local children that will be distributed through... the Marine Reserves Toys for Tots program. The Marines running the program say they anticipate the need for donations will be greater this year. he CAWV will continue to collect toys, as well as canned food items, at our office located at 2114 Kanawha Boulevard, East until December 7th.
