We're doing the cooking; Pulled Pork Sandwich with Slaw and our 'Fabulous' new side, Smoked Penne-and-Cheese! At Spyglass.

One of our Biggest fans stopped by yesterday's Bulk Meats Event to pickup the half Brisket he ordered, specifically the Point (fatty), the most tender part of a brisket. When we cut it in half for him the juice just flowed out and his mouth started watering! He also left with a rack of Baby Backs as a side. When he got home to Bloomsburg he sent us this pic and later followed up with the comment, "Absolutely amazing!!! Thanks again." Still later he sent, "Insanely delicious!!" Our newest smoker is the BOMB! All in a days work... Thanks Mike!
