So I bought these two well worn pieces of metal I thought I could make something cool out of at the grangers auction. Turns out they are parts to an Ontario grain drill which is a 1900's era grain seeder. I had two pieces of barn wood I was sanding down to make into a coat rack inspire me into turning them into a bench and the Ontario parts came to mind. I ended up making a bench with a storage chest under it. I used reclaimed barn wood and some old barn hinges to put it together. It was quite the process of figuring out what would work where and how. I even turned blacksmith for a bit by heating up the hinges in the wood stove to bend them as needed. The last picture in this is a restored Ontario Drill. The bench is 45" long by 22" wide by 16" high. Asking $800 for the only one of these in the world.

This is a high top table made out of locally milled rough cut pine I sand down to give a look that is unique to my work. It has 3/4" black iron legs in the standard formation and is a 36" square 41.5 inches tall. Asking price for this version of the high top table is $450

I sanded down and refinished some old wooden boxes I bought at a farm auction. They turned out pretty darn nice. I don't know much about them other than they are fairly old and I left all the original hardware in place. The large one I am asking $200 and the small one $125 or $300 for both.
