Ullr has blessed us with 4-5 of light fluff to make up for the ice storm he threw at us earlier in the week. I think he was just trying to get back in Skadi’s good graces.

The sledding hill is open!

Winter has arrived! Starting with a scant 3 of crusty snow at the start of MLK weekend we now have almost 2’ of powdery bliss. XC skiing in the high country around Stratton and Grout Pond has never been better!

Good snowy morning! The stone table by the fire pit is about knee high... it could disappear by the end of the day.

Get out your XC skis and wax ‘em if you have to. Looks like we may FINALLY have a couple days of good skiing in SE Pa.
