Meet Smokey! Weighing in at 17 pounds, this 5 and 1/2 year old tabby wants to be the heavyweight champion of your heart! Smokey is very shy of new people and animals but with time and patience, he blossomed in a foster home. Not a fan of a crowd, he is happiest sitting beside a trusted friend, getting a light massage, or being brushed. His foster mom loved how he communicates with his beautiful green eyes and bragged that he is without any bad habits. We believe he will thrive as an only pet in a quiet home with one or two adult humans. Smokey is neutered, microchipped, tested negative for Feline Leukemia and FIV and is current on core vaccines. Meet Petey! This 6-year-old Australian shepherd is ready to find a forever home! He is a shy boy that was previously an outdoor dog with little exposure to people. He needs an owner that is well versed in positive reinforcement training, shaping behavior and clicker training. Our Director of Animal Behavior at the Bucks County SPCA will work with a new owner to set Petey up for success. We recommend a meet and greet at our shelter with other dogs in the home. UPDATE: Seashell has been adopted! *** Meet Seashell! This 10-year-old gal is sweet and gentle. She loves tol be the first to greet you in the morning. Seashell enjoys head rubs and lots of fluffy blankets to nap on and will even roll around on her belly to show you her appreciation! She lived previously with other cats and dogs although slow introductions are always recommended. Call our Quakertown shelter at 267-347-4674 to schedule an appointment to meet this beautiful cat!
