Today we honored the life of one who was near and dear to many of us: a "brother" and friend, Mike Heinzman. There were pictures and memories, laughs and tears (plus Monster drinks and Shoofly pies as further tributes). Mike was a guy with a big heart who infused fun and big stories into nearly every situation. We are grateful for all the ways in which invested in so many of us over the past 4 years through his friendship and his perspective; we are better people and a better company as a result of his influence. What a guy! He'll be greatly missed.

Christopher Naro, Yard Manager, has been a fun-loving, energetic member of the team since 2018. He is eager to learn and is always bettering himself through books or mentors. Chris deeply loves his wife and daughter and has an extraordinary affinity for donuts. Happy birthday, Chris! Aaron King, 3D Design Assistant, has been an incredible asset to the deck team in his role as part-time deck design guru (and prior to that, as a fun and hard-working member of the fence crews since 2017). His creativity and attention to detail bring our deck projects to life for our customers, and his quiet focus and brilliant skills make him proficient with design! Aaron is a sports enthusiast who is on top of his basketball game (one of the best on the court) whose dunking... skills recently helped his team win the first round of the playoffs.
